Military-style Gundam T-shirt collection focuses on the series’ factions
BANDAI SPIRITS has unveiled a new collection of T-shirts under its STRICT-G.ARMS brand.
STRICT-G is BANDAI’s Gundam themed fashion line and STRICT-G.ARMS is a sub-brand that distinguishes itself by imagining the “Universal Century” (the primary timeline of the Mobile Suit Gundam universe) as a real historical period.
This approach leads it to design apparel in the manner of contemporary army or military inspired clothing.
This design philosophy caters to enthusiasts who appreciate both the intricate lore of the Gundam series and clothing with a functional, military aesthetic.
This new collection follows the recent announcement of a collection of GQuuuuuuX inspired T-shirts based on the latest anime series in the Gundam franchise.
The new collection of military-style T-shirts stands out with its use of embroidered patches as a key design accent.
These patches feature iconic motifs related to Char Aznable and the Principality of Zeon, the antagonist faction from the original Mobile Suit Gundam series.
The patches provide a tactile and premium feel, reinforcing the military-uniform inspiration.
The collection features four different designs, each crafted from 100% cotton and available in sizes M to XXL:
- ZEON FORCES (Line)
A plain design featuring a single green line inspired by the color of Zeon’s infamous Zaku mobile suits.
- RED COMET (Line)
Another design centered on a single colored line, this time taking inspiration from Char Aznable and his signature red mobile suits.
- ZEON FORCES (Khaki)
A design featuring the Zeon emblem on a khaki background.
- RED COMET (Emblem)
A minimalist design focusing on a red emblem on a black background.
Each T-shirt will be priced at 6,380 yen ($43.81 USD / £32.60 GBP).
These new t-shirts will be available at STRICT-G stores starting from Saturday, June 21st, 2025.
Retail locations stocking them include the following stores:
- STRICT-G Tokyo Odaiba store (7F DiverCity Tokyo Plaza)
- STRICT-G Tokyo Solamachi store (4F Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi)
- STRICT-G NEOPASA Shizuoka (downbound) store (inside Shizuoka Service Area, Shin-Tomei Expressway)
- STRICT-G Taga SA (downbound) store (inside EXPASA Taga, Meishin Expressway)
- STRICT-G GUNDAM SIDE-F (Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport Fukuoka 4F “Gundam Park Fukuoka”)
Online pre-orders on Premium Bandai’s STRICT-G Online Store will be available until June 29th, 23:00 JST, with products shipping to customers in July 2025.
