Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Officially Returns With Stunning New Yubel Scale Figure

Figure manufacturer AMAKUNI has revealed a new premium figure of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX’s Yubel, recreating the Duel Spirit’s imposing appearance and deep connection to Jaden Yuki.
The new “Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX Yubel 1/7 Scale Statue” recreates Yubel in a commanding pose with both wings spread out, perfectly capturing the contrasting elements of the Duel Spirit’s design as seen in the anime.
Yubel plays a major role in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX through an intense attachment to Jaden, with their relationship developing into one of the series’ central storylines before the two ultimately fuse.
AMAKUNI has recreated the different forms seen across the left and right sides of Yubel’s body, including the mismatched eyes, arms and legs, alongside the large wings that curve around the figure.
The sculpt also gives close attention to the rough, outward-swept hair, the clawed hands and the layered surfaces of the wings, with gradient paintwork used across the body to reproduce the changing colors of Yubel’s design.
A smiling expression is fitted as standard, while an interchangeable face shows Yubel overcome by much stronger emotion with an open mouth.
The 1/7-scale figure stands approximately 28.5cm tall and the connection to Jaden also extends to its display, with AMAKUNI shaping the base so it can sit naturally alongside the separately sold “Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX Jaden Yuki/Yubel” figure.
That figure depicts Jaden after his fusion with Yubel and includes an interchangeable odd-eyed expression representing Yubel’s presence, along with Winged Kuriboh and additional display parts.
Displaying the two together therefore recreates both sides of their relationship, placing Yubel alongside the version of Jaden created after the culmination of their story in the anime.
Yubel previously joined MegaHouse’s MONSTERS CHRONICLE figure line in September 2025, but AMAKUNI’s new interpretation moves the Duel Spirit into a considerably larger and more detailed format.
Pre-orders for the “Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX Yubel 1/7 Scale Statue” opened on October 26 and will remain available until December 10, 2026 through retailers including the Hobby Japan Online Shop.
The figure is priced at ¥36,300 (approx. $231 USD / £173 GBP) and is scheduled to ship between May and June 2027.
