“Lost & Found” Adventure Mystery Game Announced for PC

Developer ShaggyBearGames has officially announced Lost and Found, a new adventure mystery title coming to PC via Steam.

The game is set in the year 2007 and follows the story of Rico, a laid-off artist who returns to the small rural hometown of Luisiana to work at the local Lost and Found office.

Players will explore a changing town where businesses are closing and former friends have moved away, tasking them with returning lost items to the correct owners while navigating a web of secrets and lies.

The project features a unique hybrid animation style that integrates 2D, 3D, pixel art, and claymation-like visuals to give each character a specific look and feel.

Investigative gameplay is central to the experience, as players must gather clues and listen to town gossip to determine who is telling the truth about their belongings.

Returning items can significantly impact the narrative, as giving a decade-old wallet or a notebook to the wrong person may lead to unexpected consequences for the townsfolk.

While a specific release date has not been confirmed, the announcement was accompanied by a trailer and a series of screenshots showcasing the various environments of Luisiana.
