Japanese music star Ado’s recent collaboration with adidas, in which she has served as creative partner for promotions related to the Japan National Football Team, has taken to the streets of Tokyo to encourage fans to support Japan in the FIFA World Cup 2026.

As part of the partnership, Ado performed the official support song titled Kira and also participated in the release of a special “Ado Edition” Japan National Football Team 2026 Home Fan Jersey.

The collaboration has centered around the MIYASHITA PARK complex in Shibuya, Tokyo, where adidas have their flagship retail store in Japan.

Earlier in the year, a large-scale advertisement featuring Ado was installed across the glass exterior of the adidas store at the location to promote Kira, attracting numerous visitors and fans.

On the morning of June 11, fans began sharing images of a newly installed statue of Ado positioned near the entrance of MIYASHITA PARK.

The life-size figure depicts the singer dressed in the Japan National Football Team uniform together with adidas track pants, in a nod to the ongoing campaign.

The statue is shown casually leaning against a soccer ball called the “Trionda,” which is the official ball design selected for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Because public displays of Ado in statue form are uncommon, photographs of the installation spread rapidly across social media shortly after it was discovered.

Many fans immediately expressed interest in visiting the location in person to see the display and take photographs.

According to adidas, the life-size Ado statue will remain on public display at MIYASHITA PARK until June 28, so fans who want to see it in person still have a good amount of time left to pay it a visit.
