Kill It With Fire 2 Arrives on Switch This May

Publisher tinyBuild and developer Casey Donnellan Games have announced that the first person bug extermination title Kill It With Fire 2 will launch for the Nintendo Switch on May 7, 2026.

This follows the game’s initial debut in Early Access for PC on April 16, 2024, and its subsequent full release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam on November 25, 2025.

Players take on the role of the Exterminator to combat a spider horde across seven unique worlds within a multiverse setting.

The campaign can be played solo or with up to four players in online cooperative mode, while a Humans vs Spiders player versus player mode offers competitive action.

The game features an expansive arsenal of 45 weapons and gadgets, ranging from simple newspapers to high tech laser swords and rocket launchers.

Environments include a mysterious manor, a Wild West town, cyberspace, and a location known as Spider Hell.

In addition to the main hunt, players can engage in various challenges such as brewing magic potions, defending a saloon, or participating in virtual reality drone races.

An online eight player mode called Spider Hunt allows participants to play as the spiders themselves in a battle against human opponents.
