Jujutsu Kaisen Celebrates 5th Anniversary with New Party Themed Cafe

The Jujutsu Kaisen 5th Anniversary Café will launch from July 9, 2026, with themed venues opening in Shinjuku, Nagoya and Umeda to celebrate five years of the anime.

The party themed café combines exclusive menus, original merchandise and special bonuses inspired by some of the franchise’s most memorable story arcs.

Jujutsu Kaisen first premiered as a television anime in October 2020 and reaches its fifth anniversary in 2026, with this café looking back across the Hidden Inventory / Premature Death arc, Jujutsu Kaisen 0, and the Shibuya Incident while following the series’ timeline through themed food, drinks and decorations.

Guests can enjoy 10 food and dessert items inspired by characters and memorable techniques from the three featured stories, alongside a collection of exclusive anniversary drinks.

The Hidden Inventory / Premature Death menu includes Satoru Gojo’s Hollow Purple Fruit Punch for ¥1,690 (approx. $11 USD/ £9 GBP), Suguru Geto’s Tropical Shaved Ice with “Cursed Spirit Orb” for ¥1,790 (approx. $12 USD/ £9 GBP), and Shoko Ieiri’s Reverse Cursed Technique Green Taco Rice for ¥1,790 (approx. $12 USD/ £9 GBP).

Dishes inspired by Jujutsu Kaisen 0 include Yuta Okkotsu’s Promised Ring Bulgogi Bowl for ¥1,790 (approx. $12 USD/ £9 GBP), Maki Zen’in’s Physical Junk Burger for ¥1,890 (approx. $13 USD/ £10 GBP), Toge Inumaki’s Cursed Speech Tuna Mayo Burger for ¥1,890 (approx. $13 USD/ £10 GBP), and Panda’s “I am Panda” French Toast for ¥1,590 (approx. $11 USD/ £8 GBP).

The Shibuya Incident selection features Yuji Itadori’s Black Flash Doughnut Sandwich for ¥1,690 (approx. $11 USD/ £9 GBP), Megumi Fushiguro’s Divine Dogs Fried Chicken Dog for ¥1,690 (approx. $11 USD/ £9 GBP), and Nobara Kugisaki’s Berry and Rose Hairpin Waffle for ¥1,790 (approx. $12 USD/ £9 GBP).

Party drinks inspired by characters from each featured storyline will be available for ¥990 each (approx. $7 USD/ £5 GBP), including Ramune Soda, Pine Orange Soda, Muscat Soda, Blue Hawaii Soda, Blueberry Soda, Melon Soda, Lychee Lactic Drink, Orange Peach Drink, Peach Melon Drink and Strawberry Peach Drink depending on the character selected.

Standard beverages including coffee, tea, cola, ginger ale and orange juice will also be available for ¥690 each (approx. $5 USD/ £4 GBP).

The popular Prison Realm Tiramisu first introduced during the 2023 Shibuya Incident café will return as a revival menu item for ¥1,790 (approx. $12 USD/ £9 GBP), once again featuring the interactive presentation that reveals the tiramisu when the cube is lifted.

Online sales for merchandise will also begin at 12:00 p.m. on July 9, 2026 via the official website.

Guests who make an advance reservation costing ¥660 per person (approx. $5 USD/ £4 GBP) and order from the menu will receive one random ticket-style card chosen from three designs.

Each drink order includes one random paper coaster selected from 13 designs, with the coaster matching the chosen story arc and offering a one-in-ten chance of receiving a rare version.

Customers purchasing goods through the online shop will receive one random clear card from three available designs for every ¥3,300 spent (approx. $22 USD/ £17 GBP).

General first-come, first-served reservations will open at 6:00 p.m. on June 26, 2026 via the official cafe website, while reservations are not required to visit the cafe they are recommended.

The Tokyo venue will be held at BOX cafe&space Lumine EST Shinjuku Store No. 1 from July 9 to September 27, 2026.

The Nagoya venue will take place at BOX cafe&space Global Gate Nagoya Store No. 1 from July 9 to August 23, 2026.

The Osaka venue will open at BOX cafe&space KITTE OSAKA Store No. 1 from July 23 to September 6, 2026.
