Seiko Reveals New Official Godzilla Minus Zero King Ghidorah Watch

King Ghidorah is getting a new official Seiko watch inspired by his appearance in Godzilla Minus Zero, with Bandai transforming the legendary three-headed monster into a premium timepiece filled with references to his fearsome design.
The new “Godzilla-0.0 King Ghidorah (2026) Seiko Collaboration Model Watch” combines a dark, intricately patterned dial with golden accents, claw-inspired hour markers and an individually numbered caseback.

Godzilla Minus Zero is the direct sequel to 2023’s Academy Award-winning Godzilla Minus One, with director Takashi Yamazaki returning to continue the story of post-war Japan two years after the events of the original film.

King Ghidorah, one of Godzilla’s most formidable enemies, first appeared in 1964’s Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster and has since returned in numerous films, frequently challenging the King of the Monsters with his three heads, enormous wings and devastating gravity beams.

For the new Seiko collaboration, Bandai has incorporated several elements of King Ghidorah’s 2026 appearance into the watch’s face, including a textured background inspired by the monster’s skin and the gravitational pull associated with his powers.

The hour markers have been designed to resemble Ghidorah’s claws, while the crown at the 3 o’clock position and the two chronograph buttons at 2 and 4 o’clock use gold-colored finishes that reference the monster’s appearance.

Turning the watch over reveals the Godzilla Minus Zero logo engraved into the stainless-steel caseback, alongside an individual serial number that identifies each watch.

The Japanese-made chronograph uses a battery-powered quartz movement with an advertised accuracy of within 15 seconds per month, while its stainless-steel case measures approximately 47.2 mm tall, 39.2 mm wide and 11.35 mm thick.

It also offers water resistance to 10 bar and features Seiko’s Easy Adjust bracelet system, allowing owners to resize the metal band themselves using the supplied adjustment tool.
Each watch arrives inside a specially designed gold-colored presentation box, accompanied by a three-year warranty and the bracelet adjustment tool.

This is not the first time Bandai and Seiko have teamed up for a watch inspired by Godzilla, having previously released a 30th anniversary Burning Godzilla model featuring a textured dial, an exposed mechanical movement and a caseback engraved with an individual serial number.

The new King Ghidorah watch also joins a growing selection of merchandise celebrating the theatrical release of Godzilla Minus Zero, including a recently launched Lacoste fashion collaboration featuring exclusive artwork created by director Takashi Yamazaki.
