Good Smile Company has officially opened pre-orders for a brand new POP UP PARADE figure featuring Gen Narumi from the smash-hit anime and manga series “Kaiju No. 8”.
The newly revealed POP UP PARADE Gen Narumi brings the formidable Defense Force captain to life as a highly detailed painted plastic statue.
The POP UP PARADE line is specifically designed to give collectors a high-quality display piece at an affordable price point.
Written and illustrated by Naoya Matsumoto, “Kaiju No. 8” takes place in a near-future world constantly under threat from devastating giant monsters.
The story follows Kafka Hibino, a man who miraculously gains the ability to transform into a humanoid monster and joins the elite Anti-Kaiju Defense Force to protect humanity.
The hit anime adaptation produced by Production I.G has gained the series a massive global audience thanks to its thrilling battles and incredible monster designs since it first premiered in April 2024.
Gen Narumi serves as the fiercely powerful Captain of the First Division within the Defense Force.
Despite his famously lazy and obsessive gamer habits during his downtime, he is widely recognized as the absolute strongest combatant in the entire organization when deployed onto the battlefield.
