Jujutsu Kaisen meets high fashion in new capsule collection from Yohji Yamamoto
Fashion brand Ground Y has announced its second collaboration collection with the popular anime series Jujutsu Kaisen.
A brand under fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto, Ground Y is known for its genderless and ageless fashion concepts.
Jujutsu Kaisen, based on Gege Akutami’s manga, has emerged as a global phenomenon in recent years.
The series follows Jujutsu Sorcerers who combat Cursed Spirits, entities born from negative human emotions.
The “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” arc, also known as “Kaigyoku/Gyokusetu,” is a pivotal flashback arc from the anime’s second season, showing the past of key characters Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto.
Yohji Yamamoto, a titan in the fashion world, is well known for his avant-garde designs, often characterized by oversized silhouettes, dark color palettes, and a deconstructed aesthetic.
Ground Y acts as a more accessible extension of Yamamoto’s design philosophy.
Following a successful “Shibuya Incident” collaboration in December 2023, this new collection reinterprets symbolic scenes, characters, and Cursed Spirits from the “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” arc through Ground Y’s distinct design lens.
The collection aims to condense the essence of the Jujutsu Kaisen world into a special apparel line.
Actor and model Oji Suzuka serves as the visual model for this collaboration.

The “Ground Y x Jujutsu Kaisen Collaboration Collection vol.2” will be available for pre-order from Friday, June 20th, to Sunday, June 29th.
Online pre-orders on THE SHOP YOHJI YAMAMOTO will begin at 12:00 PM JST on June 20th.
Pre-orders can be placed at Ground Y’s direct stores, including GINZA SIX, Laforet Harajuku, Shibuya PARCO, Shinsaibashi PARCO, Nagoya PARCO, and Sapporo PARCO. Samples of the collection will be available for viewing at these physical locations.
Items are expected to be shipped starting in late September 2025.
Due to limited quantities, pre-orders will close once the maximum order capacity is reached.
