Gachiakuta: The Game Releases Combat Trailers for Rudo, Enjin, Riyo and Zanka
New details have emerged for Gachiakuta: The Game, an upcoming action RPG based on the dark fantasy manga series by Kei Urana.
The game is currently in development and is slated for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
To showcase the high-octane combat players can expect, four new character trailers have been released featuring the protagonists Rudo, Enjin, Zanka, and Riyo.
These trailers provide a first look at the unique abilities and fighting styles used to battle mutated trash beasts within the dangerous environment known as the Pit.
The story follows Rudo, a boy from a floating city who is framed for murder and cast down into a wasteland of refuse.
Once in the Pit, Rudo discovers a new power and joins forces with a group of rogue warriors known as the Cleaners to survive and seek revenge against those who betrayed him.
In addition to the video game adaptation, fans of the franchise can look forward to a second season of the Gachiakuta anime.
The expansion of the Gachiakuta universe will continue into 2026 with an upcoming stage play adaptation.
Kei Urana’s original manga continues to gain popularity for its gritty atmosphere and inventive power system centered around discarded objects.
