Berserk Officially Reunites Guts and Griffith for Affordable New Premium Statue Set
Image by James RichardsonMax Factory has revealed two new premium Berserk figures of Guts and Griffith that recreate the former allies in their later Berserker Armor and Falcon of Light appearances.
The matching “POP UP PARADE SP Guts [Berserker -Sane-]” and “POP UP PARADE SP Griffith [Falcon of Light]” figures can be purchased individually or together in a special set designed to display the pair side by side.

Berserk follows mercenary swordsman Guts through a brutal dark fantasy world shaped heavily by his complicated relationship with Griffith, the charismatic leader of the Band of the Hawk whose ambitions eventually place the two on opposing paths.

Their appearances in the new figures come from much later in the story, after Guts gains the Berserker Armor and Griffith returns to the physical world as the figure known as the Falcon of Light.
The POP UP PARADE SP range expands Good Smile Company’s regular POP UP PARADE figure line through more elaborate sculpting, paintwork and larger presentations than its standard releases.

“POP UP PARADE SP Guts [Berserker -Sane-]” depicts Guts wearing the Berserker Armor while still retaining control of himself, with the enormous Dragon Slayer extending the complete display to approximately 30 cm wide.

Max Factory has reproduced the layered and sharply defined surfaces of the armor throughout the sculpt, while detailed paintwork helps separate its overlapping sections and the huge sword held across Guts’ body.

His cape is made from fabric with an internal wire, allowing its shape and movement to be adjusted for different display poses.

Griffith appears separately as the “POP UP PARADE SP Griffith [Falcon of Light],” recreating his later white-armored appearance at approximately 23 cm tall including the base.

The sculpt reproduces the intricate armor across his body with bright painted detailing that contrasts sharply against Guts’ darker Berserker Armor, while Griffith’s cape also uses a wired fabric construction that can be repositioned.

Both figures were sculpted by Max Factory’s Hiroshi Yuasa and painted by Asuka Marunouchi, giving the separately sold releases a consistent finish when displayed together.
Collectors who want both can instead choose the “POP UP PARADE SP Guts [Berserker -Sane-] & Griffith [Falcon of Light] Set,” which packages the same two figures together with an exclusive sleeve and a special base that allows them to share a single coordinated display.

The pairing follows another recent premium interpretation of Guts and Griffith, with Prime 1 Studio opening pre-orders earlier this month for enormous new 1/4-scale statues based directly on one of Kentaro Miura’s illustrations.

Good Smile Company has also continued expanding Berserk within POP UP PARADE itself, recently adding the God Hand member Void to the premium SP range.

Guts has received another recent release through the wider line as well, with the “POP UP PARADE Guts [Berserker Armor] Bloody Paint Ver. L Size” revisiting an earlier sculpt with a heavily blood-covered finish.

All three releases are currently available to pre-order through the Good Smile Company Official Shop and reputable hobby goods retailers such as HobbyLink Japan, with shipping scheduled for May 2027.
