22/7 Releases The Beginning After The End Season 2 Ending Theme Music Video
The 15-member digital voice actor idol group 22/7 has premiered the music video for their 16th single titled Futatsu no Michi on their official YouTube channel.
This new track serves as the ending theme song for the second season of the fantasy anime The Beginning After the End, which premiered in Japan on April 1, 2026.
The group was executive-produced by Yasushi Akimoto, who is well known for creating popular idol projects like AKB48 and Nogizaka46.
While 22/7 originally launched with 11 members, the lineup expanded to 15 individuals after eight new members from the third generation joined in December 2025.
The physical CD single for Futatsu no Michi is scheduled for release in four different versions on April 22, 2026, including two perfect limited production editions, a time-limited production edition, and a regular edition.
The Beginning After the End Season 2 continues the story of King Grey, who is reincarnated as Arthur Leywin on the magical continent of Dicathen while retaining his past wisdom.
The anime is based on the high fantasy novels written by TurtleMe and illustrated by Fuyuki23, with the first season having aired in the spring of 2025.
Crunchyroll is currently streaming the new season to audiences in various regions, including North America, Europe, Oceania, and Southeast Asia.
