Two of Gintama’s Most Notorious Antagonists Receive New Nendoroid Figures
Good Smile Company has opened pre-orders for two brand-new Nendoroid releases inspired by major antagonists from the long-running anime series Gintama.
The latest additions to the popular collectible line are Kamui and Shinsuke Takasugi, two of the franchise’s most dangerous and influential figures, each recreated in Nendoroid form with a selection of character-specific accessories and expressions.
Both characters played pivotal roles throughout Gintama’s story, frequently serving as powerful adversaries whose actions shaped many of the series’ most significant conflicts.
Kamui, the feared Yato warrior and commander of the Harusame’s Seventh Division, arrives as Nendoroid No. 3067, which captures both his cheerful demeanor and his love of battle.
The figure includes three interchangeable facial expressions consisting of a smiling face, a combat expression, and an eating face that reflects his more playful side.
Collectors will also receive a selection of optional parts including his signature umbrella, a steamed bun, and additional accessories for posing and display.
Shinsuke Takasugi joins the lineup as Nendoroid No. 3047, faithfully recreating the charismatic leader of the Kiheitai and one of Gintoki Sakata’s most persistent rivals.
His expression set features a smiling face, a crazed expression, and a cold, emotionless face that captures the different facets of his personality throughout the series.
Included accessories consist of his sword, a sake cup, a smoking pipe, and other display parts designed to recreate memorable scenes from the anime.
Both figures are supplied with dedicated display stands.
Each Nendoroid stands approximately 10 cm tall and features the stylised proportions and poseability that have made the line popular among anime collectors worldwide.
Good Smile Company has also confirmed that these particular Gintama releases are intended solely for overseas markets and are not currently scheduled for domestic release within Japan due to licensing restrictions.
Pre-orders for Nendoroid Kamui and Nendoroid Shinsuke Takasugi are available from June 18, 2026, until July 29, 2026, via the Good Smile Company online store and reputable hobby goods retailers.
Both Nendoroid Kamui and Nendoroid Shinsuke Takasugi are priced at ¥7,800 (approx. $53 USD/ £39 GBP), with shipping scheduled for December 2026.
