Resident Evil’s Iconic Healing Herbs Inspire Its Latest Official 30th Anniversary Collection
Image by Charlotte DavisResident Evil’s iconic healing herbs have inspired a new official G FUEL collaboration celebrating the survival horror series’ 30th anniversary.
The limited-edition “Mixed Herb Collector’s Box” introduces a new peach iced tea energy drink based on the familiar combination of Green and Red Herbs used throughout the games.

Herbs have been part of Resident Evil since the original 1996 release, providing one of the series’ most enduring methods of restoring health as players attempt to survive with limited supplies.

Green Herbs can be used on their own, while combining them with Red Herbs traditionally creates a more powerful healing mixture, making the “Mixed Herb” name an immediately familiar reference for longtime players.

G FUEL translates that combination into a completely different form with a peach iced tea flavor described as combining ripe peach with a smooth tea finish.

The 40-serving formula contains no sugar and forms the centerpiece of a wider collector’s set created specifically for Resident Evil’s anniversary year.

A custom tall metal shaker is included alongside the tub, with artwork based on six major protagonists spanning the series’ history.

Jill Valentine, Grace Ashcroft and Ada Wong appear across the front of the collector’s box, while Leon S. Kennedy, Claire Redfield and Chris Redfield are featured on the reverse.

The characters are presented through gilded stained-glass-style artwork, with the packaging opening into a triptych-style display rather than functioning only as a container for the drink mix.

An exclusive Resident Evil x G FUEL sticker is also included inside the set.
The six-character selection matches the lineup Capcom has used throughout Resident Evil’s 30th-anniversary celebrations, bringing together Chris, Jill, Leon, Claire and Ada with Resident Evil Requiem’s Grace Ashcroft.

Grace joined the franchise as one of the central characters of Resident Evil Requiem, with Capcom previously placing her alongside those five veteran heroes in the official artwork created to mark the series’ 30th anniversary.

Resident Evil officially reached that milestone in March 2026, three decades after the first game launched for the original PlayStation on March 22, 1996.
Capcom has marked the anniversary through a growing range of releases and collaborations, including the “Biohazard 30th Anniversary Sweets Collection,” which transformed familiar characters and imagery from the series into designs inspired by decorative icing cookies.

The new G FUEL release takes that anniversary food theme in a different direction by turning one of Resident Evil’s most recognizable in-game consumables into something fans can actually drink.

G FUEL has not yet announced an exact release date for the “Mixed Herb Collector’s Box,” with the official product page currently accepting waitlist registrations ahead of its limited launch.
The set is priced at $64.99 in the US, with each box containing the 40-serving “Mixed Herb” Energy Formula 2.0 tub, custom metal shaker, and exclusive sticker.
