Pokémon Officially Returns to Paldea for New 30th Anniversary Collection
Pokémon’s region-spanning 30th anniversary celebrations are heading to Paldea for a new collection starring Pikachu, Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly.
The new “Pokémon Timeless Adventure Paldea” collection is built around the anniversary theme of “choosing,” with original artwork depicting the four Pokémon preparing to decide which path their next adventure will take.
Paldea was introduced in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet in 2022, where players were given greater freedom to decide how they explored the region while progressing through the Victory Road, Path of Legends and Starfall Street storylines in the order they chose.
That makes the region a natural fit for the latest anniversary theme, with the new illustration showing Paldea’s landscapes and towns stretching out ahead of Pikachu and the three starter Pokémon as they consider where to travel next.
The collection continues Pokémon Center’s region-by-region “Timeless Adventure” series, which began with Kanto earlier this year before moving chronologically through the franchise’s major settings.
Its most recent release returned to Galar with Grookey, Scorbunny and Sobble, using Pokémon Camp and a Rotom Phone to represent September’s anniversary theme of “connecting”.
Earlier waves have similarly matched each region to a different monthly theme, including an Alola collection centered around “sleeping” and a Kalos range inspired by “seeing”.
Paldea brings that journey through the mainline Pokémon regions up to date, with six products using the new artwork alongside a special key stand built specifically around the idea of choosing between three Pokémon.

- “There Are Three Pokémon There!” Poké Ball Key Stand – ¥3,960 (approximately $25 / £19)
The centerpiece of the range recreates a professor’s laboratory table with three removable Poké Ball-shaped charms, directly playing on the familiar moment when a new Trainer must choose their first partner Pokémon.
A magnet built into the rear of the base allows the stand to attach to metal doors and other surfaces, while keys or small mascot charms can be connected to the three Poké Balls.
- Pokémon Timeless Adventure Paldea Roll Cookies – ¥1,760 (approximately $11 / £8)
The collection’s food item packages roll cookies inside a decorative container carrying the new Paldea artwork.
Pokémon Center has also revisited the games themselves through its 30th anniversary “Game Package” collection, which transformed box artwork from Pokémon Red and Green through Scarlet and Violet, Legends: Arceus and Legends: Z-A into T-shirts, pins, replica game-cartridge keychains and other merchandise.
The anniversary has also returned directly to the franchise’s first generation through a huge 62-piece 3COINS collection starring the original 151 Pokémon, three decades after Red and Green introduced Kanto on the Game Boy.
