Two new Haikyuu!! Nendoroids announced by Good Smile Company

Good Smile Company, in collaboration with its male-character-focused brand ORANGE ROUGE, has announced new Nendoroid figures for Kei Tsukishima and Tadashi Yamaguchi from the popular volleyball anime and manga series Haikyu!!.
These figures will be part of “The New Karasuno Ver.” line, which recreates the series’ characters as they appear in HAIKYU!! TO THE TOP.
Haikyu!!, created by Haruichi Furudate, has gained a significant global following for its dynamic portrayal of high school volleyball, intricate character development, and intense matches.

The series centers on the Karasuno High School volleyball team, with Tsukishima and Yamaguchi being key members.
Known for their distinct personalities—Tsukishima’s sarcastic wit and block prowess, and Yamaguchi’s growth from a pinch server—these characters are integral to the team’s journey.
ORANGE ROUGE is a collaborative brand established by Good Smile Company and Max Factory, specifically dedicated to producing figures of male characters from various anime, manga, and game franchises.
Nendoroids, Good Smile Company’s signature line of collectibles, are characterized by their “chibi” (super deformed) style, standing approximately 10cm tall, with interchangeable face plates, body parts, and accessories that allow for a wide range of poses and expressions.

While both Kei Tsukishima and Tadashi Yamaguchi have received Nendoroid figures previously (Tsukishima as Nendoroid #616 and Yamaguchi as Nendoroid #719), “The New Karasuno Ver.” updates their appearance to that of the later arcs of the series.
This approach allows collectors to expand their Haikyu!! displays with refreshed versions of their favorite characters.
Further details regarding the designs, accessories, pricing, and release dates for “Nendoroid Kei Tsukishima: The New Karasuno Ver.” and “Nendoroid Tadashi Yamaguchi: The New Karasuno Ver.” are expected to be unveiled by ORANGE ROUGE and Good Smile Company in the near future.
Fans of Haikyu!! and Nendoroid collectors will be eager to see how these new versions capture the essence of Karasuno’s middle blocker and pinch server.
You can see all of the other Nendoroids announced as part of the “NENDOROID FUNS” event in our round-up article.
