TRIGUN STAMPEDE, which aired in 2023, is a new adaptation of the classic 90s sci-fi action manga by Yasuhiro Nightow, animated by the acclaimed studio Orange.

This new series, TRIGUN STARGAZE, will serve as the final installment of the story.

It is set two and a half years after the catastrophic “Lost July” incident that was depicted at the end of the first season.

The story will follow the protagonist, Vash the Stampede, as he embarks on a new journey with his companions.

A new key visual and a teaser trailer have been released for the upcoming series.

The new artwork features Vash alongside his returning allies, Meryl Stryfe and Nicholas D. Wolfwood, and also reveals the long-awaited introduction of the classic character, Milly Thompson.

The introduction of Milly Thompson is a particularly significant and highly anticipated development for long-time fans of the franchise.

In the original 1998 anime and the manga, Milly was the towering but gentle partner of Meryl Stryfe, working alongside her for the Bernardelli Insurance Society and wielding a large stun-gun.

Her character was notably absent from TRIGUN STAMPEDE, with her role partially being filled by a new, original character.

Her reintroduction in this final chapter is a welcome return for a beloved classic character, and she will be voiced by Chinatsu Akamori.

To celebrate the announcement and to allow new and old fans to catch up, the entirety of the first season, TRIGUN STAMPEDE, is being made available to stream for free.
