Pokémon Sleep Reveals Adorable Limited-Edition Sleeping Pikachu Fitbit

Pokémon Sleep is getting its own limited-edition Google Fitbit Air, pairing Google’s lightweight health tracker with a special design built around Pikachu and the game’s sleep-focused world.

The collaboration connects the wearable directly with Pokémon Sleep, allowing the sleep recorded on your wrist overnight to become part of your progress when you return to the app the following morning.

Pokémon Sleep launched in 2023 with a simple idea at its core, turning the amount and quality of your nightly rest into a game where different Pokémon gather around Snorlax depending on how you sleep.

Sleep data contributes toward your daily “Drowsy Power,” with stronger results giving you more opportunities to discover Pokémon and add rarer sleeping poses to the Sleep Style Dex.

The “Pokémon Sleep Google Fitbit Air Limited Model” builds that connection into the hardware itself with an exclusive Sleepy Blue band finished with a silk-printed label showing Pikachu sleeping alongside the Pokémon Sleep logo.

Google Fitbit Air originally launched in 2026 as a screen-free fitness tracker, and the Pokémon version keeps that minimalist approach with a small status light taking the place of a traditional display.

At just 12g including the band, the tracker is designed to remain comfortable enough for continuous wear during work, exercise and, most importantly for this collaboration, overnight sleep tracking.

Once paired with Pokémon Sleep, the device can pass recorded sleep data through Google Health so players can carry out their usual morning Sleep Research without needing to track the session directly through their phone.

The same data can also be viewed through Google Health, where users can check information including sleep duration, sleep stages and an overall sleep score.

Away from bedtime, Fitbit Air automatically tracks steps, distance, calories burned and cardio load, while its health sensors can also record information including heart rate, heart-rate variability and breathing rate.

Battery life reaches up to seven days from a full charge, while around 90 minutes is required to recharge the device completely.

A five-minute fast charge can provide up to one additional day of use, making it possible to quickly top up the tracker without losing an entire night’s sleep data.

The hardware is also water resistant to depths of 50 meters, adding enough protection for everyday exercise and regular wear without constantly needing to remove it.

Google is including three months of Google Health Premium with purchases of the Pokémon Sleep edition, unlocking more detailed sleep analysis and additional personalized health insights during the trial period.

Compatibility covers smartphones running Android 11 or later and iOS 16.4 or later, with a Google account and the Google Health app required to set up and use the tracker.

The “Google Fitbit Air Limited Model Pokémon Sleep” is priced at ¥19,800 (approx. $124 USD / £91 GBP), with pre-orders available now through the Google Store in Japan.
