Sought after statue set of Gundam Wing’s Heero and Relena gets a re-release for the series’ 30th anniversary

A re-release has been announced for a popular high-end figure set of Heero Yuy and Relena Peacecraft from the classic anime Mobile Suit Gundam Wing.
The “Alpha Omega Series” statue of the iconic duo was first released in 2020 and has been highly sought after by fans for years.

The “Alpha Omega Series” is a high-end figure brand that is a collaboration between the manufacturers MegaHouse and Alter.

This re-release has some differences from the original, as it is a “30th Anniversary Repaint Re-sale,” held to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the beloved 1995 anime series.

As such, this new 30th-anniversary version features a new, repainted color scheme to give it a fresh and updated look.

The 1/8 scale, non-articulated statue set is based on the iconic and memorable scene from the series’ second opening, which depicts Heero and Relena reaching for each other.

The sculpt captures the intricate details of the characters’ outfits and their dynamic poses from the original opening animation.

The Heero Yuy figure stands at approximately 14.5cm tall, and the Relena Peacecraft figure stands at approximately 18.5cm tall.

The “Alpha Omega Series – Mobile Suit Gundam Wing – Heero Yuy & Relena Peacecraft Set 30th Anniversary Repaint Re-sale” is priced at ¥36,300 (approx. $245 USD / £196 GBP).

It is scheduled to be released in late October 2025 and is available for purchase at a large number of reputable hobby goods retailers both within Japan and internationally.
