Bandai’s new “Gundam Card Game” will be released with four Starter Decks when it launches.
The “Zeon’s Rush [ST03]” Starter Deck is one of the first decks available for the game and has been designed with offensive play in mind.
This pre-constructed deck is designed for aggressive gameplay, featuring a formidable lineup of iconic Mobile Suits and pilots from the Principality of Zeon and Neo-Zeon, as seen in Mobile Suit Gundam and Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn.

Overwhelm Your Opponent: Red and Green
“Zeon’s Rush [ST03]” is an aggressive deck, using a “Red” and “Green” card color combination to deliver swift and powerful attacks.
This play style is all about applying constant pressure on your opponent, utilizing cards that deal direct damage and units with “Breach” to bypass blockers and hit your opponent’s life points directly.
The deck is led by legendary figures such as Char Aznable and his crimson Zaku II, as well as the formidable Full Frontal and his Sinanju.

The Starter Deck “Zeon’s Rush [ST03]” is a complete package, providing everything a new player needs to dive into the game.
Each deck contains:
- A ready-to-play, 50-card pre-constructed deck.
- 10 Resource Cards to fuel your plays.
- 8 Token Cards for various in-game effects, including three Unit Tokens.
- A paper damage counter.
- A rule and playsheet to help you learn the game.
- A bonus pack containing one of 16 possible cards from the deck in a special full-art holographic treatment.

GUNDAM ASSEMBLE Special Edition Deck
For collectors and Gunpla enthusiasts, there’s also a special edition of the Starter Deck, titled “GUNDAM ASSEMBLE Starter Set Zeon’s Rush [ST03A]”.
This version includes three unassembled “GUNDAM ASSEMBLE” miniatures: the TP-006 Char’s Zaku II, TP-007A Zaku II, and TP-007B Zaku II.
These detailed miniatures can be placed on token cards in the card game, and they can also be used in the upcoming GUNDAM ASSEMBLE tabletop miniatures game.
“Zeon’s Rush [ST03]” is one of four starter decks launching on July 11th, 2025.
The other decks are:
- Heroic Beginnings [ST01]: A balanced Blue and White deck featuring heroes from Mobile Suit Gundam and Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury.
- Wings of Advance [ST02]: A ramping Green and Blue deck based on Mobile Suit Gundam Wing.
- SEED Strike [ST04]: A defensive White and Red deck focused on Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and “linked units”.
Following the starter decks, the first booster pack, “Newtype Rising [GD01]”, will be released on July 25th, 2025, to expand the card pool and offer more options for strengthening your decks.
The “Gundam Card Game” has also revealed the release schedule for the next six months’ worth of new decks and boosters.
