Saga Of Tanya The Evil Season 2 Set For July 2026 Release as New Trailer And Visual Revealed

The Saga of Tanya the Evil anime series will return for its second season in July 2026, as announced during a stage event at the Kadokawa booth at AnimeJapan 2026 on March 28, 2026.
A brand new trailer and a fresh key visual were unveiled to fans to commemorate the updated broadcast window.

The anime is based on the original light novel series written by Carlo Zen and illustrated by Shinobu Shinotsuki.
The story follows Tanya Degurechaff, a young girl serving as an aviation mage in the Imperial Military Academy’s northern military district during a reimagined version of the year 1923.
New cast members joining the production include Tomokazu Sugita as Mikel and Yoko Hikasa as Liliya.

The production features a change in leadership with Takayuki Yukimoto taking over as the director for the second season at studio NUT.

Returning staff members include Kenta Ihara for series composition and Yuji Hosogoe for character designs and chief animation direction.
