Romelia War Chronicle Anime Announces Split Two-Cour Release as New Visual Revealed

The Romelia War Chronicle fantasy adventure anime series is scheduled to premiere in 2026 and will broadcast for two split cours.
Production officials announced the news during a stage event at the Pony Canyon booth at AnimeJapan 2026 on March 29, 2026.
A second teaser visual was revealed alongside the announcement of four additional cast members joining the production.

Yuya Hirose will voice Henri, while Sayaka Senbongi takes on the role of Elisabeth.
Mariya Ise is cast as Ekaterina and the singer Asaka will provide the voice for Ryoki.
These actors join Yuna Nemoto who stars as the protagonist Romelia Von Graham, a count’s daughter abandoned by her fiancé after they defeat the Demon King.
The main cast also features Jin Ogasawara as Al and Tomohiro Ono as Ray.
The anime is being produced at studio Atra under the direction of Hiroshi Shirai.

Aya Satsuki is handling series composition, while Yoshiko Saito and Yuta Otaka are responsible for character designs.
The musical score for the series is composed by KOHTA YAMAMOTO.
The story originated as a novel series by Ryo Ariyama on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in August 2019 before Shogakukan began physical publication in June 2020.
A manga adaptation by Ryo Kamito followed in April 2021 and is published in English by Seven Seas Entertainment.
The narrative follows Romelia as she uses her non-magical skills in trade and negotiation to rebuild her province and protect the kingdom from remaining demonic threats.
