ONE PIECE Bounty Rush celebrates 200 million downloads with new Ultra Legendary Gear 5 Luffy

The mobile and PC game ONE PIECE Bounty Rush has officially surpassed 200 million downloads worldwide.
To celebrate this massive milestone, the game has kicked off a large-scale campaign featuring a new top-tier character, an augmented reality camera, and a huge login bonus.

The highlight of the celebration is the arrival of a new “Ultra Legendary” character: “Emperor Monkey D. Luffy,” who is based on his powerful “Gear 5” transformation.

This new character is a “Runner” style unit with a unique moveset that replicates his free-wheeling and reality-bending abilities from the series, including his “Gum-Gum White Rocket” and “Gum-Gum White Star Gun” skills.

He can also transform into his “Gum-Gum Giant” form, which changes his skills to the powerful “Spur-of-the-Moment Action” and “Fist of Liberation.”

A new promotional video showcasing the character has also been released.
To further celebrate, two new special commercials have been released, one showing Gear 5 Luffy running rampant through Shibuya, Tokyo, and a special overseas version showing him flying through New York City.
The original author of ONE PIECE, Eiichiro Oda, also provided a signed art board to commemorate the milestone.
A new, browser-based augmented reality (AR) camera has also been launched, which allows fans to take photos and videos with a 3D model of Gear 5 Luffy in the real world.

A social media campaign is running on the platform X, where users who post their AR photos with a specific hashtag can enter a lottery to win a set of original Bounty Rush merchandise.

As a thank you to players, a massive login bonus is also being distributed.
All players who log in during the campaign period can receive a total of up to 300 “Rainbow Diamonds,” the game’s premium currency.
The “Super Bounty Festival” to scout for the new “Emperor Monkey D. Luffy” and the 200 million download celebration are currently underway and are scheduled to run until the 29th of September, 2025.
