New premium statues recreate Berserk’s epic battle between Grunbeld and Guts

High-end collectible manufacturer Prime 1 Studio recently unveiled a new 1/4 statue of Grunbeld from the dark fantasy series Berserk.

The announcement was made during the company’s “NEXT LEVEL SHOWCASE XIV: THE BRIDGES BETWEEN WORLDS” event, which featured various new product reveals.

Their “NEXT LEVEL SHOWCASE” events are typically used to present their latest premium offerings to a global audience of collectors.

Berserk, created by Kentaro Miura, is a legendary Japanese dark fantasy manga series that began in 1989.

It is celebrated for its brutal and unflinching storytelling, intricate artwork, and complex characters.

The series follows Guts, a lone mercenary, through a grim, medieval-inspired world filled with demonic entities and moral ambiguity.

Grunbeld is a formidable antagonist within the series, a powerful Apostle of the God Hand known for his immense strength, dragon-like transformation, and mastery of a shield-cannon and war hammer.

He is one of the most physically imposing foes Guts encounters, leading to intense and memorable battles.

The Grunbeld statue is available alongside a complimentary statue of Guts in his Berserker Armor, allowing fans who purchase both to recreate their epic showdown.
