McDonalds Japan to sell super-size Samurai Mac burgers for just two weeks this June

McDonald’s Japan has announced the return of a super-sized version of their popular “Samurai Mac” burger.
The “Seared Soy Sauce Triple Thick Beef” Samurai Mac will join the evening “Night Mac” menu for two weeks this month.
The Japanese “Night Mac”, also known as the “Yoru Mac”, menu typically features larger, more indulgent menu options available exclusively during evening hours and caters to customers looking for a more substantial meal.

The “Seared Soy Sauce Triple Thick Beef” Samurai Mac is designed to be a satisfying and filling burger as it features 1 extra beef patty compared to the standard soy sauce Samurai Mac.
The burger boasts three thick, 100% beef patties with three slices of rich cheddar cheese melted over them.
All these components are set within a toasted poppy seed bun.

A key distinguishing feature of this burger is its savory roasted soy sauce-style sauce.
This unique McDonald’s sauce is formulated with a rich garlic and sweet onion flavor, specifically crafted to add extra umami to the burger.

The burger will be available for a limited two-week period only, between June 4th and June 17th, 2025.
It will also only be available as part of the “Night Mac” menu which can be ordered after 5:00 PM each day.
Prices for the single burger will start from 820 yen (depending on the restaurant) while prices for a meal will start from 1,120 yen.
Given its limited two-week availability and its placement on the popular “Night Mac” menu, the “Seared Soy Sauce Triple Thick Beef” Samurai Mac is expected to be a popular choice with customers.
