Reebok Reveals New Avatar: The Last Airbender Sneaker Collection Inspired by Aang, Appa and the Four Nations
Image by Charlotte DavisReebok has officially teamed up with Avatar: The Last Airbender for a new footwear collection that turns Aang, Appa, the Four Nations, and the Avatar State into four completely different sneaker designs.
The “Reebok x Avatar: The Last Airbender” collection combines several of the sportswear brand’s best-known silhouettes with character-specific materials, hidden references, and interactive details drawn directly from the animated series.

Avatar: The Last Airbender originally premiered on Nickelodeon in 2005 and follows Aang, the last surviving Air Nomad and current Avatar, as he learns to master water, earth, and fire alongside his native airbending in an effort to defeat the Fire Nation.

Aang’s journey takes him across a world divided between the Water Tribes, Earth Kingdom, Fire Nation and Air Nomads, with those four cultures providing much of the visual inspiration for Reebok’s new collection.

Rather than applying the same artwork to several different shoes, each release focuses on a separate part of the series and uses the construction of its Reebok silhouette to reinforce that theme.
Let’s take a closer look at the full collection!
- Reebok x Avatar: The Last Airbender Club C 85 “Appa” – $110

Aang’s loyal flying bison provides the inspiration for the Club C 85, with shaggy suede and a plush lining used to recreate the look and feel of Appa’s fur.

A suede arrow across the front references the marking on Appa’s head, while an embroidered elemental symbol appears on the heel and artwork of the flying bison is hidden inside the shoe.

The back of the tongue also includes Aang’s familiar “Yip Yip” command, turning one of the series’ best-known phrases into a smaller detail for fans.

- Reebok x Avatar: The Last Airbender Classic Nylon “Four Nations” – $110

The Classic Nylon represents the Air Nomads, Water Tribes, Earth Kingdom, and Fire Nation rather than focusing on a single character.

Canvas-style underlays are joined by shaggy suede overlays and cracked leather accents, with the traditional side branding replaced by symbols representing the four nations.

Interchangeable hook-and-loop tongue patches let wearers choose which element is displayed, while additional colored laces provide another way to customize the design around the different nations.

- Reebok x Avatar: The Last Airbender Instapump Fury 94 “Aang” – $220

The most expensive release in the collection is inspired directly by Aang and uses orange, yellow, and neutral tones referencing the clothing worn by the Air Nomads.

A reflective version of Aang’s arrow tattoo stretches across the shoe toward the toe, recreating the way his markings illuminate when his powers intensify.

The design combines mesh, stretch canvas, and suede, while artwork inside the sneaker depicts Aang with his glowing eyes and tattoos.

- Reebok x Avatar: The Last Airbender Engine A 26 “Avatar State” – $140

Reebok’s performance basketball silhouette is used for the Avatar State design, with glow-in-the-dark elements recreating the supernatural light surrounding Aang when he accesses the accumulated power of the previous Avatars.

The upper combines suede with printed and debossed detailing, while symbols representing all four nations appear around the heel.

Reebok’s ERS cushioning technology sits underneath the design, making this the most performance-focused pair in the collaboration rather than a purely lifestyle release.

All four designs are offered in unisex sizing, with the collection ranging from the relatively understated Four Nations Classic Nylon to the much more elaborate Instapump Fury 94.
The collaboration joins a growing run of entertainment-focused releases from Reebok, which has increasingly used its older sneaker silhouettes as the basis for designs connected to anime and Japanese gaming franchises.

Earlier this year, Reebok teamed with Dragon Quest for the RPG series’ 40th anniversary, turning the Instapump Fury 94 into a collection covering all eleven mainline games before following it with a second range of Slime-inspired track jackets.

Reebok also partnered with atmos and Ghost in the Shell for a 2026 collection combining limited sneakers with graphic apparel inspired by Mamoru Oshii’s 1995 cyberpunk movie.

The Instapump Fury 94 has previously crossed into Gundam as well, with two STRICT-G versions based on the GQuuuuuuX and Red Gundam released through an official collaboration announced in late 2025.

Avatar: The Last Airbender now receives a considerably broader footwear collection, with Reebok using four different silhouettes rather than building the entire collaboration around a single shoe.
Fans attending New York Comic Con will also be able to see the collection in person at the Paramount+ booth from October 8 through October 11, where a dedicated Reebok x Avatar: The Last Airbender footwear display will be installed.

The full Reebok x Avatar: The Last Airbender collection will launch globally through Reebok and selected retailers on October 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET, with prices ranging from $110 for the Club C 85 and Classic Nylon through to $220 for the Instapump Fury 94.
