Lords of the Fallen II Arrives on Steam This Autumn

Publisher CI Games and developer Hexworks announced on June 5, 2026, that the soulslike action RPG sequel Lords of the Fallen II will launch in fall 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.

The announcement confirms a new Steam version for the title, expanding the availability for PC players beyond the previously planned Epic Games Store platform.

A new trailer titled The Battle for Thorngar highlights the sprawling biome of Ysiguen, an area inspired by Asian mythology featuring pagoda towers and the lightning-infused dragon Lingao the Souring Storm.

Players can expect the addition of a katana-based weapon class and scythes as part of a substantially improved combat system designed for faster and more responsive gameplay.

The sequel aims to build on the foundation of the 2023 title by incorporating feedback from over 70 post-launch updates to deliver more aggressive combat and visceral dismemberments.

Lords of the Fallen II will also include a more immersive Umbral realm, dynamic boss encounters, and shared progression co-op available immediately at its fall 2026 launch.
