Kotobukiya announces re-release for Renne Bright and Rixia Mao Trails series statues
Japanese hobby manufacturer Kotobukiya has opened pre-orders for a re-release of its popular 1/8 scale figures of the characters Renne Bright and Rixia Mao from the long-running The Legend of Heroes: Trails series of RPGs.
This new production run offers fans of the Nihon Falcom-developed series a new opportunity to acquire the two previously sold-out and highly sought-after statues.
The first figure is of the fan-favorite character, Renne Bright, also known as the “Angel of Slaughter.”
The statue is a faithful recreation of her costume from the game The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV, and it features her wielding her trademark, massive scythe.
The second figure is of Rixia Mao, the deadly assassin known as “Yin.”
This statue depicts her in her ornate, Eastern-style costume, effortlessly holding her enormous “demon sword” in one hand.
An exclusive bonus item is also being offered for customers who pre-order the figures from a Kotobukiya Shop.
Each of the two figures will come with a special, exclusive alternate expression part as a bonus gift.
Pre-orders for both figures are currently open via the official Kotobukiya store.
The “Renne Bright” 1/8 scale figure is priced at ¥19,250 (approx. $131 USD/£97 GBP) and is scheduled to be released in May 2026.
The “Rixia Mao” 1/8 scale figure is priced at ¥20,900 (approx. $142 USD/£105 GBP) and is scheduled to be released in June 2026.
