HUNTER×HUNTER rogue-lite game NEN SURVIVOR launches in 2026
A new mobile game has been announced, based on the world of the globally popular manga and anime series HUNTER×HUNTER.
HUNTER×HUNTER NEN×SURVIVOR is being co-developed by Bushiroad and WonderPlanet, and the game is the first-ever “survival roguelite” for the franchise.
It is a “survivor action” game where players will control various iconic characters from the series and must battle against massive hordes of oncoming enemies.
The gameplay is designed to be accessible to a wide range of players with simple controls, but it will also feature a deep, strategic layer of party composition and skill combinations.
The boss battles will also feature a variety of different gimmicks, which are designed to recreate the tense and thrilling combat of the original series.
It has also been announced that the first character illustrations for the game, which will include several new, original pieces of artwork, will be revealed for the first time in the upcoming 45th issue of the Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine, which is scheduled to be released on Monday, the 6th of October.
HUNTER×HUNTER NEN×SURVIVOR is a free-to-play game with in-app purchases, and it is scheduled for a worldwide release on iOS and Android devices in 2026.
