Hot Topic Launches Its First-Ever Final Fantasy Collab Collection
Image by James RichardsonHot Topic has launched its first-ever Final Fantasy collaboration collection in the US, featuring a new range of exclusive apparel inspired by Final Fantasy VII Remake and Rebirth.
The collection consists of nine items of apparel starring Cloud Strife, Sephiroth, Chocobos, Moogles and several of Final Fantasy VII’s most recognizable summons.

Final Fantasy VII Remake began Square Enix’s modern reimagining of the 1997 RPG in 2020, with Final Fantasy VII Rebirth dramatically expanding the story beyond Midgar when the second installment followed in 2024.

The trilogy is now moving toward its final installment, Final Fantasy VII Revelation, making the timing of Hot Topic’s first dedicated collection particularly fitting as attention once again builds around Cloud and the rest of the game’s cast.

Cloud receives more attention than any other character in the range, beginning with the “FINAL FANTASY VII Cloud & Chocobo Hoodie,” which starts at $64.90 and uses a racing-inspired design featuring Cloud and a Chocobo across the back.

Checkered graphics and additional lettering continue down the sleeves, while a smaller Chocobo graphic appears on the chest of the zip-up hoodie.

The “FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH Moogle Hoodie,” priced at $59.90, swaps the racing theme for three Moogles across the back and a Moogle face on the chest, with pink Final Fantasy and “Moogle” lettering running along the sleeves.

Fans looking for something simpler can pick up the black “FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE Chocobo T-Shirt,” which starts at $24.90 and places a Chocobo design at the center of the shirt.

The “FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH Cloud Girls T-Shirt,” starting at $26.90, puts Cloud front and center with the Buster Sword and Rebirth logo, with foil detailing adding some extra contrast to the artwork.

Cloud also appears on the “FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE Cloud Jogger Sweatpants,” priced at $54.90, with oversized black-and-white character artwork running down one leg and the game’s title printed on the other.

The “FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE Cloud & Hardy-Daytona T-Shirt,” starting at $24.90, recreates Cloud speeding through Midgar on the Hardy-Daytona with the Final Fantasy VII Remake logo positioned beneath the artwork.

Sephiroth gets his own design through the “FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE Sephiroth T-Shirt,” which starts at $24.90 and depicts the One-Winged Angel wielding the Masamune against a burning city backdrop with his name printed above.

The collection also gives Final Fantasy VII’s summons some attention, beginning with the “FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE Summons T-Shirt,” starting at $24.90 and bringing Shiva, Bahamut and Ifrit together in a single design.

Leviathan receives a shirt of its own with the “FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE Leviathan T-Shirt,” starting at $24.90, which uses a teal outline of the summon with the game’s logo crossing the center of the artwork.

The full collection is available to order now, exclusively through Hot Topic within the US.
