SAKAMOTO DAYS’ Assassins Get Magical Makeovers for Exclusive New Merch Collection
Image by James RichardsonA new SAKAMOTO DAYS pop-up shop is set to open this October, offering exclusive merchandise based on wizard school-themed artwork featuring Sakamoto and eight other characters.
The limited-time event will begin at Shibuya MODI before heading to Osaka in November, with the main character artwork joined by a separate set of mini-character designs using the same magical school theme.

SAKAMOTO DAYS is based on Yuto Suzuki’s manga and follows Taro Sakamoto, a legendary former hitman who leaves the criminal world behind after falling in love and starting a family, only to find himself repeatedly pulled back into dangerous conflicts.

The anime expands that story around characters including Shin, Nagumo, Shishiba and Osaragi, balancing fast-paced assassin battles with the everyday life Sakamoto is determined to protect.
For the new “Wizard School” collection, the featured cast trade their usual outfits for elaborate academy-inspired clothing, with cloaks, hats, magical accessories and fantasy effects giving the group a completely different look created for the event.

The 10-item merchandise range will include acrylic stands, clear files, acrylic keychains, foil-finished and glitter trading collectibles, clear pouches and mini-character goods.

One of the main highlights will be a series of extra-large acrylic stands measuring approximately 40 centimeters tall, offering much larger versions of the newly illustrated character designs alongside the standard acrylic stand range.

Visitors spending at least ¥3,000 on eligible merchandise in a single transaction will receive one randomly selected illustration card from 13 designs, with the front featuring event artwork and the reverse using the “Wizard School” logo.

The bonus designs cannot be selected and will only remain available while supplies last.
The SAKAMOTO DAYS “Wizard School” POP UP SHOP will run on the first floor of Shibuya MODI from October 23 through November 1, 2026.
The event will then move to Abeno LUCBUS at Abeno Hoop in Osaka from November 20 through November 29.
