hololive Announces New Mega Man Collab with Exclusive Merch

Capcom is bringing together Mega Man and hololive GAMERS for a new collaboration starring Shirakami Fubuki, Ookami Mio, Nekomata Okayu and Inugami Korone, complete with newly created character artwork, arcade prizes and an exclusive merchandise collection.
The crossover gives all four VTubers Mega Man-inspired designs while also introducing a second set of pixel-art illustrations that place the hololive members into the visual style of Capcom’s classic games.

hololive GAMERS is the gaming-focused group within hololive production, bringing together Fubuki, Mio, Okayu and Korone, four VTubers who have become some of the agency’s most recognizable personalities through gaming streams, music and other entertainment.

Mega Man has been one of Capcom’s defining franchises since the original game debuted in 1987, with its blue-armored hero, Robot Masters and side-scrolling action expanding into numerous games and spin-off series over the decades.

The new collaboration will take over participating Capcom amusement locations in Japan, where a collection of crane game prizes based on the newly drawn crossover artwork will begin appearing later this month.

The prize lineup includes four trading can badges, four acrylic stand keychains, four window flat pouches, four acrylic boards, five T-shirts and four square cushions.

Four mouse pads will also be available exclusively through Capcom’s Cap Tore online crane game and Plaza Capcom Ikebukuro, giving the collaboration an additional set of prizes that cannot be found across the wider arcade rollout.

Capcom is extending the crossover beyond the prize machines with several campaigns, including four randomly distributed clear files for players who spend ¥500 continuously on an eligible Mega Man x hololive machine at participating physical locations.

Fans who show that they follow the Capcom Amusement account on X can also receive a sticker designed to resemble a video game package at six participating stores between August 22 and August 30, while supplies last.
A separate repost campaign will award collaboration posters to 20 winners, while customers who post photos taken at participating stores using the designated hashtag can receive an exclusive shopping bag.

Plaza Capcom Ikebukuro will receive the biggest physical transformation of the campaign with special decorations and life-size character panels, although standees will also appear at other participating Capcom-operated locations.

Alongside the arcade campaign, Capcom is releasing four different types of merchandise that lean heavily into Mega Man’s retro pixel-art roots, with each available in Fubuki, Mio, Okayu and Korone variations.

“Mega Man x hololive Triple Acrylic Keychains,” priced at ¥1,430 each (approx. $9 USD / £7 GBP), combine multiple charms into a single accessory using the newly created pixel artwork.

“Mega Man x hololive Diorama Acrylic Stands,” priced at ¥2,860 each (approx. $18 USD / £13 GBP), turn the crossover illustrations into layered desktop scenes featuring each of the four hololive GAMERS members.

“Mega Man x hololive Sticker Sets,” priced at ¥1,650 each (approx. $10 USD / £8 GBP), offer another way to collect the pixel-art versions of Fubuki, Mio, Okayu and Korone across four character-specific designs.

“Mega Man x hololive Rubber Trays,” priced at ¥1,980 each (approx. $12 USD / £9 GBP), complete the retail lineup with four versions based around the same crossover artwork.

Customers spending at least ¥3,000 on Mega Man x hololive merchandise will also receive one of four postcards at random while supplies last.

The arcade prizes will begin appearing at participating Capcom amusement locations and through Cap Tore from August 22, 2026, with availability continuing only while individual prizes remain in stock.
The merchandise collection will go on sale the same day through eight Capcom Store locations and 12 CharaCap stores in Japan, with online sales through the Capcom Store on ONLINE PARCO beginning at 12:00 PM JST.
Capcom Store Taipei is scheduled to receive the collection separately in late November 2026, while Capcom has not announced any official US release for the collaboration at this stage.
