Good Smile Announces Two New DECO*27 Inspired Hatsune Miku Nendoroids

Two new Nendoroid figures of Hatsune Miku, titled “DecoMiku (Lightness)” and “DecoMiku (Darkness),” have been announced.
They were revealed during the “Nendoroid FUNS 2026 Winter” online presentation on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

The figures are based on designs associated with the legendary Vocaloid producer DECO*27, whose works have shaped the Vocaloid scene for nearly two decades.
Hatsune Miku, the teal-haired virtual singer developed by Crypton Future Media, has seen countless iterations, but “DecoMiku” refers to the specific, often stylish and emotive aesthetic found in DECO*27’s music videos and album art.

Known for hit songs like The Vampire, Ghost Rule, and Hibana, DECO*27’s visual identity often features a distinct, sharp art style, frequently illustrated by artists such as Omutatsu.

“Lightness” and “Darkness” are separate thematic dualities, representing contrasting emotional tones or visual motifs found within his discography, such as the dichotomy seen in his Mannequin album project or more recent works.

The “Lightness” version captures a brighter, more pop-centric and innocent aesthetic, while the “Darkness” version leans into the edgier, rock-inspired, or melancholic elements of his music.

These figures will likely include face plates and accessories that reference specific elements from his iconic music videos, allowing fans to recreate the atmosphere of their favourite tracks.

This reveal was part of a massive showcase at the event, which featured a diverse range of characters from RPGs and anime.
It joins the extensive list of announcements including the Chainsaw Man figures of the Angel Devil and Reze, as well as the Genshin Impact Nendoroid of Xiao.

The event also heavily featured Square Enix properties, revealing Nendoroids for the Chocobo, the Warrior of Light, and the Final Fantasy XIV trio of Y’shtola, G’raha Tia, and Estinien, alongside Esquie from Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

The “Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: DecoMiku (Lightness)” and “Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: DecoMiku (Darkness)” do not yet have confirmed prices or release dates.
Information regarding the release schedule will be announced at a later date by Good Smile Company.

They will be available via the Good Smile Company Official Shop, as well as participating partner shops, such as HobbyLink Japan.
