Go For It, Nakamura-kun!! English Dub Confirmed for Same-Day Release

The anime adaptation of the manga Go For It, Nakamura-kun!! by Syundei is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
Crunchyroll will stream the series’ English dub simultaneously with the original Japanese version starting on the April 1 release date.

Studio Drive is producing the animation with Aoi Umeki, known for work on Pop Team Epic, serving as both director and character designer.
Seven Seas Entertainment, the publisher of the English language manga, describes the story as a romantic comedy centered on Nakamura’s clumsy attempts to speak with his crush.
Promotion for the series began in late March 2026 with the release of a creditless opening video and official key art to build anticipation for the April 1 debut.

The production team also includes assistant director Naoki Yoshibe, series compositor Yasuko Aoki, and composer Ayana Tsujita.
Leading the English dub cast is Nasim Benelkour as the voice of the protagonist Nakamura, a shy and awkward student who falls in love at first sight with his classmate Hirose.
Patrick Pedraza provides the voice for Hirose, while the supporting cast features Emi Lo as Hamaoka, Morgan Berry as Kana, and Gillian Lange as Kawamura.

Additional English voice talent includes Katie Wetch as Masako, Weston Loy as Mukai, Nate Grizzly as Oomori, Peyton Howard as Otogiri, and Dalton Tindall as Takeuchi.
The English dub crew is led by voice director Jad Saxton, producer Susie Nixon, and adaptation writer Heather Walker.
