Darksiders Warmastered Edition Arrives on PS5 and Xbox Series May 19

THQ Nordic officially announced on March 31, 2026, that Darksiders Warmastered Edition will launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles on May 19, 2026.

The upcoming release will be available for purchase at a price of $29.99 in both physical and digital formats.

This remastered version of the original action RPG follows the story of War, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, who has been stripped of his powers by the Charred Council.

Players must navigate a devastated Earth while battling the forces of both Heaven and Hell to uncover a conspiracy and punish those responsible for the early apocalypse.

The title features enhanced gameplay mechanics, including character progression through ancient relics and an arsenal of angelic and demonic weaponry.

Darksiders Warmastered Edition has previously been made available on several other platforms, including PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.

KAIKO is the developer behind this port, which includes full audio support for seven languages and localized text for twelve different languages.
