Carcass Clad: New Co-op Tank Horror Game for PC Announced by Mouthwashing Developer

Wrong Organ, the developer behind the hit sci-fi horror title Mouthwashing, announced its next project, Carcass Clad, during the PC Gaming Show on June 8, 2026.
The upcoming game is a three-player cooperative horror simulation that tasks players with operating a tank through a ruined and haunting cityscape.
While a specific release date was not confirmed during the presentation, the developer revealed that the title is currently in development for Windows PC via Steam.
The gameplay requires a high level of collaboration, as each player manages a specific role including the Commander who scouts and plots routes, the Driver who handles power and fuel, and the Gunner who aims and reloads.
The tank itself is described as being clad in moving and bleating corpses, while the controls inside the machine are labeled entirely in Finnish.
This new project follows the significant success of Mouthwashing, which earned multiple awards and developed a large community of fans following its initial release.
Carcass Clad is available for players to wishlist on Steam immediately following its reveal at the summer showcase.
