BoxLunch Reveals Stunning New US-Exclusive Sailor Moon Duffle Bag
A new official Sailor Moon travel bag is now available for fans in the US, combining Eternal Sailor Moon artwork with several of the series’ most recognizable magical items across a large modular duffle design.
The BoxLunch exclusive “Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Modular Duffle Bag” features multiple zippered storage areas, removable carrying accessories and embroidered details drawn from different stages of Usagi Tsukino’s journey.
Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon began as Naoko Takeuchi’s manga in 1991 before its anime adaptation helped establish the series as one of the defining magical girl franchises of the 1990s.
The story follows Usagi as she discovers her identity as Sailor Moon and gradually unlocks increasingly powerful transformations while fighting alongside the other Sailor Guardians.
Eternal Sailor Moon represents Usagi’s ultimate transformation in the original anime, first appearing during Sailor Moon Sailor Stars as her powers develop further following the events of Sailor Moon SuperS.
That form takes the most prominent position on the new duffle bag, with a large graphic of Eternal Sailor Moon printed across the top.
One side of the bag, which measures approximately 48.3 cm wide, 25.4 cm tall and 25.4 cm deep, includes a large outer pocket decorated with an outline of the “Eternal Moon Article,” the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon name and surrounding star motifs.
The “Eternal Moon Article” is Usagi’s final transformation brooch in the original anime and is used to become Eternal Sailor Moon, directly connecting the design on the pocket with the character artwork featured elsewhere on the bag.
Another external pocket uses a much simpler design built around a gold version of the Crescent Moon Mark, one of the franchise’s recurring symbols.
The opposite side shifts to a solid pink background carrying a blue and white design of the Legendary Silver Crystal.
The bag can be carried using the attached straps or the removable shoulder strap, while the detachable Eternal Sailor Moon ID tag, which features the same artwork as the top section, can be separated from the main bag.
The new duffle follows another recent BoxLunch exclusive, the “Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Roses Mini Backpack with Coin Purse,” which features Super Sailor Moon alongside embroidered flowers, pearl details and a removable accessory.
