Blood Chains Ichigo Leads BLEACH’s Massive New Official Merch Collection
Bandai has now fully revealed every prize in its next BLEACH Ichiban Kuji lottery, confirming a lineup that focuses heavily on some of the biggest forms and transformations from Thousand-Year Blood War.
“Ichiban Kuji BLEACH Stirring Souls vol.5” includes three new MASTERLISE figures among its standard prizes, alongside another exclusive figure reserved for whoever pulls the final ticket.
BLEACH began as Tite Kubo’s manga in 2001 before developing into one of the defining action anime series of its generation, following Ichigo Kurosaki after he gains the powers of a Soul Reaper and becomes drawn into conflicts involving Soul Society, Hollows and increasingly powerful supernatural enemies.
The current BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War anime adapts the manga’s final major story arc while also expanding parts of the original story with new material supervised by Kubo himself.
Ichiban Kuji takes a different approach from simply purchasing individual collectibles, with every ticket guaranteeing a prize from a fixed lineup while the larger MASTERLISE figures occupy its highest tiers.
The A Prize is the “Ichigo Kurosaki MASTERLISE,” a 19 cm figure recreating Ichigo’s newly introduced Blood Chains form, which made its anime debut only a week before it was revealed as part of the lottery.
Blood Chains Ichigo was created specifically for the anime and personally designed and named by Tite Kubo, combining Ichigo’s Bankai with a semi-Hollowfied state that gives him two horns and the blood-like spiritual pressure that forms around his body.
The transformation appears during Ichigo’s battle against Yhwach after the Quincy emperor absorbs the Soul King, making the A Prize the first official figure based on one of the anime’s biggest new additions to the original manga story.
The B Prize is the “Toshiro Hitsugaya MASTERLISE,” a 12 cm figure based on Hitsugaya after Daiguren Hyorinmaru reaches its completed state and temporarily transforms him into an adult.
That form represents the full maturity of Hitsugaya’s Bankai and dramatically increases his freezing abilities, making it one of the most memorable developments for the character during the final stages of the Thousand-Year Blood War.
The C Prize is the “Yoruichi Shihouin MASTERLISE,” a 9.5 cm figure recreating her Shunko: Raiju Senkei: Shunryu Kokubyo Senki transformation, often referred to as her Thunder Beast form.
The transformation gives Yoruichi an even more animalistic fighting style while surrounding her body with concentrated electrical energy, and the figure marks the first official release based specifically on that appearance.
The D Prize is the “Substitute Soul Reaper Badge Accessory Case MASTERELIVE COLLECTION,” turning Ichigo’s familiar badge into a functional display item capable of storing small accessories.
The E Prize is the “Zanpakuto Metal Charm” collection, with eight selectable designs based on the swords used by different Soul Reapers throughout the series.
The F Prize is the “Acrylic Charm” collection, consisting of 10 character-inspired designs that are distributed randomly.
The G Prize is the “Clear Poster” collection, with 10 different BLEACH character designs available and winners able to choose which version they receive.
The H Prize is the “Sticker” collection, with 10 selectable designs and each prize containing a set of six stickers based on characters from the series.
The Last One Prize is the “Kenpachi Zaraki MASTERLISE,” a 22 cm figure recreating Kenpachi after finally releasing his Bankai during the Thousand-Year Blood War.
Kenpachi’s Bankai transforms his appearance and pushes his already enormous physical strength even further, making the Last One figure another major late-series transformation rather than a standard version of the character.
The same “Kenpachi Zaraki MASTERLISE” will also be offered through the Double Chance Campaign, with 50 figures available to winners who enter using eligible lottery tickets.
The Double Chance campaign will remain active through the end of December 2026, although entries can effectively close earlier if all 50 available figures have already been awarded.
“Ichiban Kuji BLEACH Stirring Souls vol.5” will launch in Japan on September 19 through participating 7-Eleven, Ito-Yokado, and Youme Town locations, with each ticket priced at ¥850 (approx. $5 USD / £4 GBP).
As with other Ichiban Kuji releases, individual prizes will only remain available while each participating location still has tickets left, with the Last One Prize going to the person who purchases the final remaining entry.
