3 of the Most Iconic Mobile Suits Star In Gundam’s New Official Embroidered T-Shirt Collection

STRICT-G is expanding its Mobile Suit Gundam apparel lineup with a new collection of embroidered T-shirts inspired by three of the original anime’s most iconic Mobile Suits.
Mobile Suit Gundam first premiered in 1979 and has spent more than four decades evolving into one of Japan’s most influential anime franchises, combining giant robot battles with stories centered on war, politics and the people caught between them across television series, movies, manga, novels, games and the hugely popular Gunpla model kit line.

The latest collection features heavyweight cotton T-shirts with clean embroidered detailing on the front, while the back of each design showcases a dynamic battle-inspired scene stitched in intricate detail.

The lineup includes designs based on the RX-78-2 Gundam, the MS-07B Gouf and Char Aznable’s MSM-07S Z’Gok, each celebrating one of the original series’ most memorable Mobile Suits.

The RX-78-2 Gundam T-shirt, priced at ¥8,800 (approx. $60 USD / £44 GBP), comes in white and pays tribute to Amuro Ray’s legendary Mobile Suit, which became feared across the battlefield as the “White Devil”.

The MS-07B Gouf T-shirt, priced at ¥8,800 (approx. $60 USD / £44 GBP), is finished in navy and highlights the Zeon Mobile Suit that delivered one of the original series’ most memorable close-quarters battles against Amuro Ray’s Gundam.

The MSM-07S Char’s Z’Gok T-shirt, priced at ¥8,800 (approx. $60 USD / £44 GBP), is available in a charcoal finish inspired by the ace pilot’s amphibious Mobile Suit, which became one of Char Aznable’s most recognizable machines during the One Year War.

All three shirts are available in sizes ranging from M to XXL, making the collection suitable for everyday wear while still showcasing detailed embroidery that longtime Gundam fans will immediately recognize.
Pre-orders are currently available through Premium Bandai Japan via the STRICT-G Online Store, with reservations scheduled to remain open until July 26, 2026.

The collection is scheduled to begin shipping in August 2026 before receiving a wider retail release at STRICT-G stores across Japan from August 1, 2026.
Although pre-orders are currently limited to Premium Bandai Japan, many previous STRICT-G apparel releases have appeared through additional regional Premium Bandai storefronts in the weeks following their Japanese debut, making it worth keeping an eye on sites such as Premium Bandai US for any future international availability.
