Viscerafest Coming to PS5 and Xbox Series This April with Switch Version to Follow

Fulqrum Publishing and developers Acid Man Games and Fire Plant Games announced on April 2, 2026, that the science-fiction arena first-person shooter Viscerafest is coming to modern consoles.
The game is scheduled to launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on April 9, 2026, with a Nintendo Switch version slated for a later date.
This console port follows the game’s initial Early Access debut on PC via Steam on May 20, 2021, and its subsequent full version release on April 14, 2025.
Players take on the role of Caroline, a psychopathic mercenary motivated by the need to fund her wedding to her boyfriend, Athens Fetter.
The story centers on Caroline hunting a warlock named Cromune to collect a massive bounty while fighting through a small army of defenders.
Opposing forces include the United Scientific Conglomerate led by Dr Mortice, who works alongside religious zealots to protect the target.
Gameplay features include hand-crafted levels filled with puzzles and secrets set across diverse environments like space stations and extra-dimensional realms.
Combat involves a selection of nine weapons, such as the explosive Bunker Buster shotgun and the unique Plague Rifle.
The title challenges players with over 27 enemy types and seven bosses, including the formidable Maledict.
High-speed movement mechanics like bunny hopping and dashing are central to the experience, allowing for intense air control during firefights.
Exploration yields gameplay modifiers and cheats, including Viscerahot and Oops All Cultists, to provide variety during subsequent playthroughs.
