Sushiro Announces JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders Collab
Sushiro has announced a major upcoming collaboration with the hit anime series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders.
This partnership celebrates the future distribution of the anime’s 7th part in March 2026 and marks the first time the sushi chain has collaborated with the franchise.
The campaign features a variety of limited-time menu items that come with exclusive merchandise featuring original illustrations of the series’ characters.
Two types of sushi dishes will include one of nine random “Collaboration Limited Picks.”
The first is the “Seared Salmon Mentaiko Mayo,” which combines the savory taste of salmon with spicy pollack roe, saltiness, and rich mayonnaise.
The second is the “Selected Tuna Red Meat Comparison,” a set allowing diners to compare a simple, flavorful slice of bigeye tuna with a slice marinated in Sushiro’s original boiled soy sauce.
For side dishes, the “Melty Cheese French Fries” will come with one of seven random “Collaboration Limited Stickers.”
These stickers also double as a 5% discount coupon for future visits.
Customers who order the “Recommended Colorful 5-Piece Assortment,” which includes a variety of creative sushi toppings, will receive one of seven “Collaboration Limited Travel Stickers.”
These stickers contain a QR code on the back that allows customers to enter a lottery to win one of 10 nearly life-sized panels of the character Iggy.
A “Collaboration Limited Plate” featuring one of four designs will be available with the purchase of specific soft drinks.
To further engage fans, Sushiro is launching the “Challenge to DIO! 100 Plate Rush Campaign” on social media.
By stacking sushi plates and posting a photo with specific hashtags on X (formerly Twitter) or Instagram, participants can win prizes, including a Jotaro & DIO life-sized panel set or dining vouchers.
Four specific store locations in Akihabara Chuo-dori (Tokyo), Namba Amza (Osaka), Sendai Ichibancho (Miyagi), and Sannomiya Ikuta Road (Hyogo) will be transformed into “Special Collaboration Stores” featuring decorations inspired by the anime’s world.
The collaboration begins on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Sushiro locations across Japan, and will run until Monday, February 23, 2026, or while supplies of the limited goods last.
