Silent Hill f DLC for Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Remake Out Now
Koei Tecmo and developer Team NINJA have officially released a new collaboration costume set for FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE featuring content from the upcoming title Silent Hill f.
The downloadable content is available as of March 26, 2026, and allows players to transform the protagonist into Shimizu Hinako, the lead character from Silent Hill f.
This crossover package includes two specific items: the Navy Sailor School Uniform outfit and a Fox Mask accessory.
The Navy Sailor School Uniform is designed specifically for Mio Amakura to wear during her investigation of the All God’s Village.
The Fox Mask accessory is more versatile and can be equipped by both Mio Amakura and her twin sister, Mayu Amakura.
Players can access and equip these new items by visiting any Butterfly Lantern save point and navigating to the Outfit selection menu.
FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE originally launched on March 12, 2026, for multiple platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
To coincide with the launch of the DLC, the publishers have released a new trailer showcasing the costumes in both English and Japanese versions.
