Reebok Announces Ghost in the Shell Sneaker and Apparel Collab
A new three way collaboration will see the release of a new apparel and footwear collaboration inspired by the legendary cyberpunk anime franchise, Ghost in the Shell.
The “Reebok x atmos x GHOST IN THE SHELL” collection includes a pair of limited edition sneakers and three types of premium graphic T-shirts.
Ghost in the Shell originated as a manga by Masamune Shirow before being adapted into Mamoru Oshii’s groundbreaking 1995 animated film.
The influential series explores complex philosophical themes surrounding artificial intelligence, cybernetic enhancements, and what it means to be human in a highly digitized society.
Reebok’s classic Instapump Fury silhouette, first introduced in the 1990s, remains a favorite among sneaker enthusiasts due to its unique laceless aesthetic and customizable fit, making it the perfect canvas for a sci-fi crossover.

These striking sneakers feature an intricate design inspired by the iconic scene of Major Motoko Kusanagi connecting to the network, with cable motifs stretching across the upper material.
The shoes utilize signature turquoise blue HEXALITE cushioning and feature the classic quote “People love machines in 2029 A.D.” hidden behind the tongue.

This premium apparel lineup features three designs created by acclaimed graphic artist Kosuke Kawamura.
Each shirt utilizes a highly complex 15-color silk screen printing technique handled by the Sendai-based design factory AZOTH, perfectly replicating the nostalgic 1990s printing style of the original anime’s era.
A special lottery for both the sneakers and the apparel is currently open as of today, Saturday, April 11, 2026.
Fans can enter the lottery through the official atmos online shop until Friday, April 17, 2026.
General sales of any remaining stock are currently scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, at physical atmos retail stores across Japan and through their online store.
