Pre-orders open for premium figure of My Dress Up Darling’s Marin Kitagawa

The figure brand PRISMA WING, a division of the manufacturer Prime 1 Studio, has revealed a new product featuring Marin Kitagawa from the anime series My Dress-Up Darling.

My Dress-Up Darling is an immensely popular series that follows the relationship between the aspiring doll-maker Wakana Gojo and the cheerful and outgoing gyaru, Marin Kitagawa, who dreams of becoming a master cosplayer.

The series celebrates the passion and artistry of cosplay, and Marin’s enthusiastic personality has made her a widely recognized character among anime fans.

This new figure, titled the “Marin Kitagawa Glass Edition,” presents the character in an original outfit not seen in the source material.

The design features Marin in a purple and white bunny suit, sitting playfully within a large cocktail glass.

PRISMA WING is known for producing high-end, detailed figures, and this release includes an elaborate custom base.

The glass itself sits on a bed of jewelry pieces and contains a soft-looking fur cushion for the character to rest on, creating a luxurious feel.

The 1/7 scale figure stands at approximately 29 centimeters (over 11 inches) tall, and Prime 1 Studio is offering two versions of the product.

A standard release will be available at various retailers, and a “Bonus Version” is also available, which includes an exclusive acrylic coaster featuring the figure’s artwork.

Within Japan, this Bonus Version is sold exclusively through the official Prime 1 Studio online store.

The figure’s sculpt was handled by CKB and Prime 1 Studio, with the paint job also managed by Prime 1 Studio directly.

The Bonus Version of the figure is priced at 30,690 yen (approx. $210 USD / £155 GBP), whilst prices for the standard edition will be around 27,900 yen (approx. $189 USD / £140 GBP), but may vary as retailers will be able to set their own price.

Pre-orders for the “Marin Kitagawa Glass Edition” are now open, and the figure is currently scheduled to be released in January of 2026.
