Pokémon Center Singapore Announces July 2026 Grand Reopening
The Pokémon Company has officially revealed the grand re-opening date for Singapore’s flagship Pokémon retail store.
The popular retail space temporarily closed its doors on April 1, 2026, to undergo a comprehensive redesign and is now scheduled to welcome back visitors on July 1, 2026.
Located within the world-famous Jewel Changi Airport commercial complex, this flagship location is the first permanent Pokémon retail storefront established outside of Japan.
The massive overhaul marks a complete transformation of the interior environment to seamlessly blend the Pokémon universe with Singapore’s regional heritage.
A legendary pocket monster from the Alola region takes center stage as the brand-new official mascot for the updated space.
The Legendary Pokémon, Solgaleo, will serve as the new symbol of the store, using its vibrant, sun-like mane to welcome the local community.
Visitors arriving at the uniquely Singapore-inspired store will be greeted by a majestic statue of Solgaleo standing proudly right at the entrance.
To celebrate the grand reopening, a wide variety of specially designed new products inspired by Singapore’s vibrant lifestyle and heritage will launch directly at the venue.
The first wave consists of 12 items that will go on sale on the opening day, followed by a second wave of newly curated products in August 2026, including a special bag charm depicting Pikachu with a cup of kopi.
Purchase limits may apply to these commemorative goods to ensure that as many customers as possible can participate in the release.

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, admission to the store will be restricted during the first five days of the renewal opening.
Entry during this initial period will be managed through a combination of a Store Visit Application system and same-day queue entry tickets.

Pokémon Center Singapore is located within the Jewel Changi Airport complex at Changi International Airport, with the newly transformed space officially opening on July 1, 2026.
