Orders set to open for new hyper-articulated figure of One-Punch Man’s Garou

A new, highly articulated action figure of the character Garou from the popular anime series One-Punch Man has been announced by the manufacturer Kaiyodo.
It is the latest entry in the “Revoltech Amazing Yamaguchi” line of collectible figures.

The Amazing Yamaguchi series, sculpted by the legendary Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, is famous for its unique and extremely dynamic articulation system, which allows for a wide range of expressive and exaggerated action poses.

Garou, the self-proclaimed “Hero Hunter,” is a martial arts prodigy and a major antagonist in the series, whose fluid and powerful fighting style is a perfect fit for the brand’s hyper-articulated format.

This new figure is designed to replicate all of his signature moves from the series. The sculpt emphasizes his lean and muscular physique.

The figure comes with a wide variety of accessories, including five different interchangeable face parts and ten different optional hands.

Special effect parts are also included to recreate his “Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist” martial arts technique.

These effect parts are attached to the fingertips with ball joints, allowing them to be freely posed to express the flow of his movements.

An exclusive bonus item is also being offered for customers who pre-order the figure from specific retailers.

Those who pre-order from the official Kaiyodo Online Store or the Hobby Lobby Tokyo retail store will receive an exclusive, alternate “shouting face” with one red eye.

Alongside this new release, a re-release of the previously sold-out “Amazing Yamaguchi” figure of the series’ protagonist, Saitama, has also been announced.

The “Revoltech Amazing Yamaguchi Garou” is priced at ¥10,450 (approx. $70 USD/£52 GBP) and pre-orders for the figure are scheduled to open on Tuesday, the 9th of September, at 12:00 PM Japan Standard Time via the Kaiyodo online store and other select hobby goods retailers.

The figure is scheduled to be released in May 2026.
