Orders open for new high-end figure of Gundam Sentinel’s Zeta Plus A1
A new, exclusive action figure has been announced for the “METAL ROBOT Spirits (Ka signature)” line, featuring Gundam Sentinel’s Zeta Plus A1 in a special color scheme.
“Ka signature” is a special project that is personally produced by the legendary mecha designer, Hajime Katoki.
It combines Katoki’s extensive experience from over a decade of producing action toys with the latest and most advanced modeling technology from Bandai’s Collectors Division, resulting in premium, collector-focused items as part of the broader METAL ROBOT Spirits line.
This new release is a “Test Machine Image Color” version of the iconic Zeta Plus A1, a mass-produced, atmospheric-use mobile suit from the classic 1987 photo-novel series, Gundam Sentinel.
It is painted in a striking “splitter” camouflage pattern of two different shades of red and an off-white.
The figure is a premium, high-end collectible that stands at approximately 14 centimeters tall and features a die-cast metal internal frame, which gives it a satisfying weight and a high-quality feel.
A key feature of the figure is its ability to fully transform from its mobile suit mode into its high-speed “Wave Rider” jet mode, and the figure also comes with a comprehensive set of accessories.

The “METAL ROBOT Spirits (Ka signature) <SIDE MS> Zeta Plus A1 (Test Machine Image Color)” is a Premium Bandai exclusive item, priced at ¥19,800 (approx. $134 USD/£99 GBP).
Pre-orders for the figure are now open on the official Premium Bandai website, and the figure is scheduled to be shipped to customers in March of 2026.
