Affordable New Hatsune Miku NT 1/6 Scale Prize Figure Revealed Ahead of August Release
Prize figure manufacturer Taito has officially announced an affordable new figure featuring the world-famous virtual singer Hatsune Miku based on her NT design.
This upcoming 1/6 scale release will serve as the seventh entry in the premium “T-most” figure lineup, which is Taito’s top-tier line of arcade prizes designed to rival expensive scale statues in both size and quality.
Created by Crypton Future Media, Hatsune Miku originally debuted as a voice synthesizer vocaloid software before rapidly evolving into a massive global pop culture icon.
The digital pop star has since performed at countless live 3D concerts around the world, capturing the hearts of millions of fans with her energetic music and iconic teal twin-tails.
Over the years, the famous virtual idol has inspired a massive ecosystem of merchandise, including her own fishing gear range and musical instruments such as guitars.
The “T-most” premium figure line is currently allowing fans to pick up scale figures for the fraction of the price that is normally expected, with traditional scale figures often costing hundreds of dollars.
This latest release will depict the singer in her recognizable Hatsune Miku NT (New Type) outfit and is based on new artwork from illustrator iXima.
Though a finalized height has not been formally confirmed, the completed statue is expected to stand around 30cm tall to match the impressive scale of previous entries in the line.
The new “Hatsune Miku NT T-most 1/6 Scale Figure” is now available to pre-order from many reputable hobby goods retailers, such as HobbyLink Japan, for around 2,600 yen (approx. $17 USD / £13 GBP), though the exact cost may vary slightly depending on the specific retailer.
The figure is scheduled to be released in amusement arcades in Japan in August 2026, with orders from Japanese hobby goods retailers also scheduled to ship around the same time.
International fans can also look forward to securing this release via local hobby goods retailers roughly two months after the initial Japanese debut.
The confirmation of this seventh figure follows a prior reveal from Taito that detailed the sixth entry in the high-end “T-most” collection, which also features Hatsune Miku.
That particular 1/6 scale figure features an intricate design based on an original illustration by the artist Mujin-chan, standing at 30cm tall and showcasing Miku striking a playful pose with her hands shaped like a heart.
She is dressed in her classic outfit, complete with dark thigh-high boots, intricate mechanical detailing on her flared sleeves, and signature long hair that flows dynamically into translucent white tips.
The entire piece is beautifully supported by a translucent pink heart-shaped base that matches the overall aesthetic of the sculpt.
This sixth figure is scheduled to become available at amusement arcades in Japan starting in July 2026.
International collectors will also have a chance to secure it via most local hobby goods retailers around two months after its initial Japanese debut.
