Official Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX jewelry range goes on sale

STRICT-G, the specialized Gundam apparel brand, has announced a new collaboration with the popular jewelry brand THE KISS.

The new collection will contain ten silver accessories inspired by “Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX”.

This range includes silver necklaces, silver bracelets, and bag charms which blend the world of Gundam with THE KISS’s signature simple and stylish designs.

The reveal of this new jewelry collection follows the announcement of a range of necklaces and rings produced by STRICT-G in collaboration with JAM HOME MADE based on Char’s Counterattack and The Witch from Mercury.

THE KISS, a Japanese jewelry brand, has established itself with a focus on “treasures for two” and offers a wide array of rings, necklaces, and bracelets, often designed for matching or complementary wear for couples.

This collaboration is not their first foray into the Gundam universe, having previously released collections tied to “Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM” and “Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury”.

STRICT-G itself has a long history of successful collaborations with various Japanese and international brands, including names like New Era and ALPHA INDUSTRIES, creating a wide range of high-quality, officially licensed Gundam merchandise.

The focal point of this new accessory line is “Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX”, the latest animated installment in the Gundam franchise.

Premiering in January 2025 as a film and then a television series in April 2025, “GQuuuuuuX” introduces a unique alternate Universal Century timeline where the Principality of Zeon emerged victorious in the One Year War.

The series follows protagonist Amate Yuzuriha (nicknamed “Machu”), a high school student who becomes involved in underground mobile suit duels known as “Clan Battles” after encountering a war refugee named Nyaan and a mysterious mobile suit pilot named Shuuji Itou.

These three central characters, along with other elements from the series, serve as the inspiration for the new jewelry collection.

Silver Necklaces

These necklaces feature a square plate accented with two image-color stones, alongside a unique charm representing a specific character.

Each necklace will be priced at 14,300 yen (approx. $98.21 USD / £72.16 GBP) and there will be three designs available.

Each necklace is crafted from silver 925 and includes a 40cm chain with a 5cm adjuster, making them versatile for various necklines.

The charms and plates vary slightly in size to accommodate their unique designs.

Machu Necklace

Machu, or Amate Yuzuriha, is the main protagonist and pilot of the GQuuuuuuX.

This design incorporates a charming jellyfish motif as her character is often associated with the sea and jellyfish, reflecting a sense of freedom.

Nyaan Necklace

Nyaan is a war refugee and smuggler who becomes intertwined with Machu’s journey.

This necklace features a cat motif as her name is similar to “nyan”, the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound cats make.

Shuuji Necklace

This design features a Conch motif inspired by Shuuji’s robot pet.

Shuuji Itou is the enigmatic pilot of the Red Gundam, a mobile suit originally used by Char Aznable.

Silver Bracelets

These silver 925 bracelets subtly integrate character motifs with two image-color stones and are priced at 15,400 yen (approx. $105 USD / £77.70 GBP) each.

Each bracelet has a 17cm chain with a 3cm adjuster.

Machu Bracelet

Incorporates an Ensign Strap and jellyfish motif, subtly referencing Machu’s emerging role and her aquatic connection.

Nyaan Bracelet

This bracelet features a cat and sunglasses motif, reflecting Nyaan’s often cool demeanor.

Shuuji Bracelet

Designed with a Conch and gloves motif, based on Shuuji’s robot pet and often worn gloves.

Bag Charms

These charming accessories are designed to add a touch of “Gundam GQuuuuuuX” to bags and other items.

Made with resin to create a cute, colorful finish, they represent various elements from the series.

Each charm is priced at 4,950 yen (approx. $33.99 USD / £24.97 GBP).

Haro

The iconic spherical robot mascot, a staple across many Gundam series.

Conch

Based on Shuuji’s pet robot, Conch, which is a small, cube shaped robot that assists him.

Ensign Strap

A design based on Machu’s ensign strap.

Pomeranian

The symbol of the “Pomeranians”, the mobile suit Clan Battle team that Machu, Nyaan, and Shuuji become involved with.

The entire collection will be available for pre-order on the Premium Bandai “STRICT-G Online Store” from June 25th, 13:00 JST, until July 22nd, 23:00 JST.

Shipping for online pre-orders is scheduled to take place in October 2025.

The accessories will also be available at STRICT-G’s physical retail locations, including the Tokyo Odaiba, Tokyo Solamachi, NEOPASA Shizuoka (downbound), and Taga SA (downbound) stores, starting from Saturday, October 25th, 2025.
