New range of Gundam GQuuuuuuX T-shirts goes on sale
Gundam fashion brand STRICT-G has launched a new collection of T-shirts based on the latest Gundam series.
The new “MS Pattern T-shirts” are based on Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX , which is the newest anime series in the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise.
STRICT-G is BANDAI’s dedicated Gundam apparel line which creates high-quality, wearable fashion for its adult fanbase.
This new T-shirt collection focuses on the distinctive mobile suits featured in Gundam GQuuuuuuX, presenting them in a full-color printed format combined with a typographic logo.
This follows on from other recent STRICT-G releases which have included a Gundam Wing themed souvenir jacket and American casual style shirts inspired by the Universal Century Gundam series.
The new T-shirts are made from 100% cotton and utilize “combed yarn” to prevent pilling, ensuring a smooth finish and a comfortable feel.
The neck rib features “double stitching,” a technique that significantly enhances strength and helps the collar maintain its shape over time, even with regular wear.
The lineup for this collection features three key mobile suits from the Gundam GQuuuuuuX series:
- GQuuuuuuX (gMS-Ω GQuuuuuuX)
The titular mobile suit of the series, piloted by the protagonist Amate Yuzuriha.
- RED GUNDAM (gMS-α Red Gundam)
A new mobile suit introduced in the series piloted by Char Aznable.
- WHITE GUNDAM (RX-78-02 White Gundam)
The White Gundam is this series alternate reality version of the classic RX-78-02 Gundam from the original anime.
Each T-shirt is priced at 5,280 yen ($36.23 USD/ £26.97 GBP) and is available in sizes ranging from M to XXL.
For those who prefer to shop in person, the T-shirts will be sold at physical STRICT-G stores in Japan and will be available at the following locations:
- STRICT-G Tokyo Odaiba store (7F DiverCity Tokyo Plaza)
- STRICT-G Tokyo Solamachi store (4F Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi)
- STRICT-G NEOPASA Shizuoka (downbound) store (inside Shizuoka Service Area, Shin-Tomei Expressway)
- STRICT-G Taga SA (downbound) store (inside EXPASA Taga, Meishin Expressway)
- STRICT-G GUNDAM SIDE-F (Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport Fukuoka 4F “Gundam Park Fukuoka”)
Online pre-orders on Premium Bandai’s STRICT-G Online Store will run until June 29th, 23:00 JST, with shirts expected to start shipping in July 2025.
